Our Team

President

Carlo Tavian

Robotics is the future of manufacturing, and who wouldn't want to be part of the future?

A lego technic bulldozer: a small gift that gave birth to a great passion, which materialized with the master's degree in Automation Engineering, achieved at the University of Padua, with a thesis in robotics.

A passion that becomes a profession when, with friends Alessandro Dal Col and Giacomo Battiston, he has an idea: to create a machine that can print on large surfaces. Thus was born the SPIDER project and the Bclever company.

Within the company, among other things, he is responsible for managing the machine automation part: he follows the entire process of creating custom machinery, that is, aimed at satisfying specific customer needs, essential when valid products are not available on the market.

In his rare free time he dedicates himself to traveling with the motorcycle, his great passion.

CEO

Alessandro Dal Col

Innovating means knowing how to interpret the signals of the market: only in this way can change be managed.

After graduating in Managerial Sciences from the University of Trieste and working experiences in leading international consulting firms, with friends Giacomo Battiston and Carlo Tavian he decided to found BCLEVER, for which he deals with commercial and management aspects.

Among his tasks stands out supporting to companies in the implementation of innovation projects, also helping them in searching for the financial resources essential for growth and competitiveness on a constantly evolving market.
Since 2018 he is also a consultant to the European Commission Research Executive Agency.

In his spare time he devotes himself to judo, a sport he has practiced since he was a child.

Head of R&D

Giacomo Battiston

Attracted by challenges, he could only devote himself to the exploration of new technologies.

After earning the degree with honors in electronic engineering, chosen precisely for the great passion for new technologies, he immediately approaches the world of work. Here he finds himself putting into practice mostly the knowlegde he acquired in the automation field.

With friends Alessandro Dal Col and Carlo Tavian he had an idea: to create a machine that can print on large surfaces. Thus was born the SPIDER project and the Bclever company. From that first experience, his role in the company grew to deal specifically with research and development, also on behalf of third parties, ranging from information technology to computational vision, without neglecting the "electronic and robotic" origins.

In his spare time he loves to devote himself to the mountains, especially sport climbing.

Subsidized Finance Manager

Isabella De Zanet

Supporting companies in building their future.

Graduated from the Liceo Classico of Vittorio Veneto in 2011, she immediately began to improve her skills in design thanks to two advanced training courses: the first dedicated to the development of SMEs, while the second analyzed the dynamics of European Union funding for the development of the territory.

Thanks to these courses she came into contact with BCLEVER, for which she is responsible for both supporting companies in developing applications for funding, especially through the ERDF and ESF, and taking care of the financial aspects in the European projects to which BCLEVER adheres.

Her free time is divided between a passion for travel, especially in the Far East, and a love for animals.

Software Developer

Matteo Panto

Programming is giving life to machines: this is his passion.

After graduating from the ITIS Vito Volterra high school in San Donà di Piave, he decided to expand his knowledge by taking part in training courses ranging from technical drawing to Java programming.

During one of these courses he comes into contact with Carlo Tavian and Giacomo Battiston and, at the end of an internship, in 2016 he joins Bclever.
Here he works as a programmer on various projects: two of domotics, managing the graphic interface and communication with a dedicated database, on SPIDER, creating a code for image quantization, and on software development in the field of automation for third parties.

His hand is behind the development of the new BCLEVER website.

Developer

Adrian George Tiron

Improving every day, this is the life of a developer.

A ten-year-old child, a computer and a great curiosity. Thus was born the passion for everything related to information technology: from videomaking to studying, from videogames to social networks.
Graduated in 2013 at the ITIS of Vittorio Veneto, with an IT focus, he began to do various jobs and attend training courses: it is thanks to these opportunities that he manages to transform that great passion, born at the age of ten, into the right path for his professional future.

Among the various projects he has followed in his career, the ones that stand out are those related to the development of electronic boards and those aimed at creating software for monitoring automation components and for industry 4.0. He also takes care of the software part of projects in the field of home automation.

He is passionate about DIY and mountain walks.

Developer

Dino Zanette

A life between new technologies and mountains.

Passionate about technological innovations since he was a boy, especially all those concerning the electronic sector, he still keeps himself updated with the news that appear on the market.

Precisely this passion leads him to graduate as electronic expert and participate in some training courses concerning the problem of electromagnetic compatibility in the creation of electronic boards; among the various typologies studied, he specializes on microprocessor-based ones.

After working as a freelancer and as an entrepreneur, always in the field of industrial automation, he began collaborating with BClever, where he has been working since 2016; here he deals with all aspects related to the development of firmware and the design of electronic board hardware.

Automation Technician

Luca Bottega

Rationality, inventiveness and an artist's touch: this is the only way to get the most of what is available.

A broken abat Jour and a mother looking for help: it was with this small job that an adventure made of cables and high voltage began. From this little spark a passion has developed, which becomes professionalism also thanks to studies at the I.P.S.I.A. Vittorio Veneto's “City of Victory”, where he received his high school diploma.

It is thanks to the school that there was the first contact with the BClever staff, together with about fifteen colleagues he created a start-up in the context of a business plan competition and the step to join the team was short.
Here he mainly deals with CNC milling, the design and construction of industrial electrical systems and, to a lesser extent, mechanical design.

His free time is dedicated to videomaking, another of his great passions.
